Whistleblowing Policy
SPH Foundation is committed to the highest standards of integrity and has zero tolerance for any form of malpractice, misconduct, or unethical behaviour. This policy provides a secure channel for individuals to report concerns in good faith, without fear of retaliation.
What to Report
You may report concerns such as (but not limited to):
- Fraud, bribery, or corruption
- Harassment or abuse
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Misuse of funds or resources
- Retaliation against whistleblowers

How to Report
You can submit your report confidentially via

Reports are received by the Board Chairman and designated directors for review and appropriate action.
Handling of Reports
All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately. Where required, SPH Foundation may refer matters to relevant authorities. If the report is substantiated, appropriate action will be taken, and whistleblowers (if not anonymous) will be informed of the outcome.
Protection for Whistleblowers
SPH Foundation strictly prohibits retaliation or harassment against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
